Julie Chu Zhang, CAM, CAPS, is an experienced and innovative Property Management Professional based in Raleigh, NC. With over 15 years of exceptional performance in managing owned and third-party assets, Julie excels in achieving targeted operating and financial goals. Her strong analytical skills and comprehensive understanding of market and financial data contribute to her success in the industry. Julie has a proven track record of increasing portfolio NOI, occupancy rates, and rental revenue per unit.

Throughout her career, Julie has held key leadership roles at reputable companies such as Bell Partners Inc., RKW Residential, and Ginkgo Residential. As a Regional Property Manager, she effectively managed multi-property portfolios, mentored large teams, and successfully completed asset acquisitions and dispositions. Julie’s strategic approach and ability to implement value-add projects have resulted in significant financial growth and improved reputation scores for her portfolios. Her expertise in the last three years extends to podcasting production and also event planning.

Julie serves as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Streamline Multifamily, overseeing a wide array of responsibilities. In this role, she leads podcast production and event planning for the EmpowHER conference, supports asset management, and writes on several other projects. With her multifaceted expertise and commitment to operational excellence, Julie plays a crucial role in ensuring streamlined operations and delivering exceptional service.

Julie has been an active member of industry associations, including the National Apartment Association, Apartment Association of North Carolina, and Triangle Apartment Association. She currently serves as Treasurer for Copper Circle, formerly known as the Triangle Apartment Association’s New Lease on Life and Education Foundation. Lindsay Stanley, CAM, CAPS, has over 19 years of exceptional performance in managing owned and third-party assets. Lindsay graduated with a BA in English and minor in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Lindsay excels in achieving targeted operating and financial goals. Her strong analytical skills and comprehensive understanding of market and financial data contribute to her success in the industry. Lindsay has a proven track record of increasing portfolio NOI, occupancy, and rental revenue.

Throughout her career, Lindsay had leadership roles at reputable companies such as Greystar, First Communities, MAA, and Davis Development. As a former Director of Real Estate and Regional Manager, she effectively managed multi-property portfolios, mentored large teams, successfully completed asset acquisitions and dispositions. She mostly oversaw properties in the Charlotte, NC market. However, she also had experience in other markets in NC such as Durham and Raleigh as well as markets in SC such as Greenville, Columbia, and Charleston. She worked with an array of clients including Woodfield, Crescent Communities, Eaton Vance, Collett Capital, Harlan Enterprises, Kaplan, Bluerock, Boston Capital, Prudential, and Greystar. Lindsay’s strategic approach allowed her to have significant financial growth on lease-ups, stabilized as well as value-add projects.

Lindsay serves as the Director of Operations at Streamline Multifamily, overseeing a wide array of responsibilities. In this role, she leads a team in conducting various property audits such as website, ILS, social media, general ledger, market survey, utility, concession, virtual property audits as well as in-person property audits. Lindsay plays a crucial role in ensuring clients and their portfolios are streamlined in operations and delivering exceptional results.

In her personal life, Lindsay loves spending time with her family, which includes her husband, daughter, and son. Her children are very active so you will most likely find her at a cheer competition, soccer field, football field, or basketball court cheering her children on from the stands. In the summer months you’ll find her on the beach.
